How to Buy

New Customer Checkout

Placing an order with Cindy Trimm is quick and easy. New customers can check out and create an account at the same time; or they can complete their order as a guest without creating an account. Once you have an account, you'll be able to:

  • Shop and check out faster on your next visit
  • Check your order status online
  • Obtain a history of items you've purchased
  • Receive updates on special offers, events, and new products and services
  • Retain items in your Cart and Wish List

To make shopping faster, we save account holders’ credit card and billing address information securely, as well as your shipping addresses. However, if you do not want us to save any of your credit card data, you can uncheck the box to save your credit card information on the Create an Account page, and we will not store your credit card data or your credit card billing address to your account. You will have to reenter this information to make your next purchase.

1. Add Items to Your Cart
To shop at Cindy Trimm, just locate an item you'd like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. These buttons are usually found beside featured products, on product pages, and search results pages. Clicking this button places the item in your Cart. Each time you click "Add to Cart," the page will refresh and display the newest item in your Cart, as well as previous additions, items of interest, and links to "View Entire Cart" or "Proceed to Checkout."

2. View Entire Cart
You do not have to view your entire Cart before you check out, but it's a great place to look over your order. The Cart displays all the items you have selected and allows you to make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of items you'd like to buy, move items to and from your Wish List, or remove items from your Cart. It also provides a subtotal before any shipping charges and taxes are applied to your purchase. Once you're comfortable with the items in your Cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

    NOTE: If you sign in to your account but do not complete an order, the items you place in your Cart will remain there for 14 days. You can come back within that time frame, click the Cart link at the top of most pages on the site, and complete your order. If you do not have an account, your items will not be saved after the end of your shopping session.

3. Proceed to Checkout
All customers are taken to our Checkout page, where returning customers can sign in to their accounts and new customers can complete their orders. Click the Register option under the “Checkout as a Guest or Register” heading. You will be able to create an account during this process. If you wish, you may also complete your order without creating an account by clicking the “Check out as a Guest” option.

4. Enter a Shipping Address
We will ask you to provide a shipping address for the order you are placing and ask for your email address so we can send you updates on its order status. Once you enter this information, click "Continue Checkout."

5. Choose a Payment Method
Here you select your payment method. If your billing address is different from the shipping address you selected, you'll be asked to enter it now. If you have a coupon, Gift Card, or Gift Certificate you'll be able to enter the necessary information here.

You may only use coupons, Gift Cards, or Gift Certificates, to purchase materials from our online store. These items are not valid or redeemable for use at any of our Retail Stores, Kiosk Centers, or Merchandising Units.

6. Creating an Account
Since you are a new customer, you will be able to create an account. Provide your name, email address, and create a password. When you are finished, click "Create Account" and continue to go through Order Review page. If you wish to complete your order without creating an account, simply proceed to check out as a guest and you will go through the Order Review page.

7. Reviewing and Placing Your Order
You're almost done! On the Order Review page you'll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you'll also have the chance to change any of the shipping or payment information you've entered thus far. When you are ready, click "Place Order" to complete the ordering process.

Your Order Number
Finally, we display a page with your order number, which you can save for your records; a link to "View Your Receipt," which will provide a printable version of all the details of your order; and a "Sign Out" button. Shortly after this page displays, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

Fulfillment for Digital Products
When you purchase Digital products we'll also send you an email after Checkout with a link and easy-to-follow instructions on how to download those products.

Returning Customer Checkout

If you've shopped at Cindy Trimm before and have an account, Checkout lets you store default shipping and billing information and place orders quickly. For example: If you have set your default information, you will only have to look over the Shipping and Review pages before placing most orders.

Buying Digital Products

In general, purchasing digital products at Cindy Trimm is as easy as clicking a mouse. Digital products are available to you as soon as you complete the checkout process. Once you have completed checking out an email will be sent to you containing a link to download your product. If you have created an account you may accesses your digital product from the “My Account” page; click the “My Downloadable Products” option, and you will have access to any of your purchased digital products to download to the device of your choice.

For all digital media you may download the same product 3 times before the maximum number of downloads has been reached.  


Subscription Based Products and Reoccurring Payments

In order to make a purchase that requires a subscription or a reoccurring payment; you must set up an account and place a preferred method of payment in your account. If you don't have an account, don't worry. After you click "Checkout," you'll be asked to create an account. If you have an account, but don't have a saved credit card on file, you'll be asked to select a credit card or enter a new one. Either way, to complete your purchase only takes a matter of seconds the first time. After your initial payment, additional deductions are automatic.

You may view and manage your subscriptions and reoccurring payments that are purchased from Cindy Trimm from the “My Account” section, click “My Subscriptions”.


Placing an Order by Phone

After You've Created an Account Online
To place an order by phone, simply login to your account and add your desired items to purchase into your shopping cart. You may pay by phone for all items in your Cart and /or provide our Sales Center representative with the product title(s) and price(s) of other products that you desire to purchase. Please have your credit card ready, as well as an email address where we can send your receipt. Our Sales Center representative will confirm your information as it is listed in your account. They will confirm or request your:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Billing and Shipping  Address
  • Method of Payment

Once your order has been processed you will receive payment and order confirmation by email.

Price Confirmation

Items in your Cart show their current prices. These are identical to those displayed on the product and search pages. However, adding an item to your Cart does not lock in that price. Prices frequently change, so the price you are ultimately charged at checkout will reflect the current cost of the product and/or service at the time you complete your purchase.

Note that prices may decrease or increase between the time you place an item in your Cart and the moment you finish at Checkout due to an unpublished discount for a specific item in your cart; a product's availability or discontinuation; on the duration of sales; special promotions; limited-time offers; on a title's appearance on a bestseller list; or on other determined factors.


Inventory Availability

The stock position of any item we sell can change from the time that your order is placed until we confirm that your order has shipped. When you place an order we will confirm the inventory availability and provide an estimated date when the items in your order will ship. If the availability of any of the items in your order changes, we will email you with an updated status as soon as it is available to us.
